I. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

Respecting the provisions of current legislation, Bokk Boolo (hereinafter also “the Website”) undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures according to the appropriate level of security corresponding to the risk of the collected data.

Personal Data Records

In compliance with the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, Bokk Boolo informs that personal data collected through forms on its pages will be incorporated and processed in our database to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill commitments between Bokk Boolo and the User, or to maintain relationships established through the forms that the User completes, or to respond to requests or inquiries. A processing record is maintained specifying the purposes and circumstances of each activity as required by the GDPR.

Users have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and doing so will not restrict their use of the website.

Data is collected and processed to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments between the website and the user, or to maintain relationships derived from filled forms or respond to inquiries.
